If no law enforcement to the issues, we all kind of man can go there and play around. If you do, gana be very happy. Or there are laws interm of governments in Laos. The bar owner must be hanged or headed period.

It is very hard to understand the audio. For sure, the person who read the script is not from Laos. I can tell by her voice. She is from E-Sane and she is trying very hard to control her accent. It doesn't sound natural.
I wonder why RFA can not find any Lao people to work at Lao Radio station?
